Diablo 2 in-game bot spammers

Anyway that these damn bots can just shrivel up and die? I've just found it an incredible annoynace in the early leveling games since the bots are usually all just level 1 and I haven't seen one in nightmare and hell (cause I havent been there yet since all my chars got expired after the patch).

Anyone else know any specific patterns to these bots that they can enlighten me too?

Also you can squeclh them from the button in the party screen. Most of them wont join if you set level restrictions.

There are ones in Nightmare and hell though, so dont expect to get away from them :)

I find it funny that one like Team-Vip's bot is like bugged so you cant squelch it, but it drops out of a buncha games if you do try to squelch it.

I just dont understand what makes these people advertise, its like, wtf.

Sometimes I try to trade with the bot, that screws some of them up sometimes, lol..

ya i was in a game where one was going off, i could not see my freaking screen. the thing is it would drop and rejoin agian, i got sick of it and left.

The only way to get around them is to password protect games. Plus then you dont have to play with pubbies.

well thats a nice idea, but i don't know anyone that plays this game, so either i play with public or play alone and if i wanted to play alone i play single player.

That doesn't work. There very quick and just enter and exit after spamming there message. So I guess I'll just have to find another way around it... damn bot spammers... I've got a mad grudge against these bastards who advertise... gotta like... send a hack to screw up there site or something from an anonymous IP address...

uHM. As soon as someone with a name like "adjklhtoiur" joins the game, push the "p" button then push the squelch button.

They arent that quick.
