View Full Version : Holiday Specials...
Which ones are you looking forward to seeing again this year?
I thought I might try to catch a few, hopefully that Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer will be on again, and of course the Charlie Brown special.
I wonder if there will be any shows doing christmas specials (South Park isn't =P) maybe Family Guy will, haha, Drawn Together would be funny during christmas...
I know there are more i've forgotten but pfft, Ill find them!

I love watching "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" and the classic "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". But I still prefer National Lampoon's.

I hope to see some decent specials on Cartoon Network. Sometimes they have some pretty good ones. No ones really in particualr, except Jingle All the Way, though it probably won't come on...
And of course I'll have to check Spike. Last year they had the Godafather Part I, II, and III on :D

Bah, christmas specials. So commerical. I'm not going to disrupt my tv watching habits for them. If one of the shows I regularily watch has one then I'll watch it, if not I won't.

Not really any good ones that have cought my attention, half of the dang things are going to be stuffed with "OOH BUYORZ OURE LEET PRODUCTS AND GET FREE JUNK!!!11!ONE!!!". I hate commercials, and usually they'll cut scenes for the commercials to fill in.
Bleghk.
Bah Humbug to Christmas Specials! Thats what I say! :P

My favorites are the claymation ones, (Rudolph, and the one where the burgermeister takes away all the toys), and Mickey's Christmas Carol.

I am talking about the classic christmas specials, like the charlie brown ones, or the claymation ones, or even the old simpsons one.
I don't even remember watching any christmas special that promoted some product r something (unless you can purchase reindeer runovers >_>).
Although you can buy a replica of charlie brown's xmas tree, lol.

I have it on DVD, so I'll watch that on Christmas eve/morning. I hope they have the old Charles Dickens Christmas Carol on. The one with the really fake special effects on Marley :P. I always used to watch it on VHS, then my VCR died, and now I'm screwed unless it comes on some station.
