I'm sorry...what is this, and tell me why I should keep it open. I mean, know what it IS, but why did you post those numbers, and why should we spend our time reading the post?
Well, Ender, everyone likes numbers, and those numbers actually represent multiple facts!
For example, the total for Paladin shows how much new Paladins join the whining about patch 1.9 every day.
The total for Mages shows the maximum damage per attack a Mage does in level 60 against other players.
The total for Hunters shows how many players of their level they can beat in a 1 VS that number fight.
And there's much, much more!

I dont really know what that is. Im guessing average damage at lvl 60?
Someone needs to post some explanation for those numbers, and soon.
It's just going to show you how diverse or not the class is.
With lower numbers of Talents, that means you can't exactly spec tighter, but it does mean that in the end, you'll do more damage (On average).
Talents allow for your skills to increase, sometimes completely adding new ones. The less there are, the less you can diversify, and the closer trees will get. But it also means that in the end, to focus on one thing for a class (Take defensive, for instance), you usually should get specific talents. But once you get them, you have leftovers to go somewhere... The less talents you have to put points into, the faster you can reach your build, and in essense, add more damage onto your attacks, while still defending, in that instance.
Does that make sense?

How about this:
In order to have every single talent maxed out, a rogue would have to be lvl 183. Whereas, in order for a paladin to do the same, he only has to be lvl 150 once this month's patch is released.
Otherwise, I really don't think those numbers are a very good indication of anything. Even though rogues have the most, in a way they are the most specialized in that all they do is poisons, dmg, dots, and stuns. And stunlock rogues were nerfed a while back. And palys are a hybrid class, and yet have the fewest talents.
