Basically, my Business Studies is as follows: we have to set up (not really, of course) our own business, and create a strong plan for the business. As part of this, I am required to carry out a questionnaire, and so (in a moment of genius) I have decided to post the questionnaire on here to receive some additional results. I'd appreciate it if you could copy and paste the questionnaire part of it and then subsequently make bold or italic, underlined or whatever you feel is appropriate the answer of your choice to each question. Sorry if that's a bit jumbled.
Thanks in advance!
P.S. I'm doing a cafe for my business - which you could probably have guessed anyway from the questionnaire itself, but I thought I should put anyway. The formatting also got a bit mixed up from the transition between Word and Explorer and the subsequent editing of it. It still shouldn't be incomprehensible.

Question 1: How old are you?
· 15 – 21 years old.
Question 2: Are you male or female?
· Male
Question 3: How often do you eat out?
· Once or twice a week
Question 4: Which meal is it that you are most often eating when you eat out?
· Evening Meal
Question 5: "If a new café opened in my town, I would try it." Do you;
· Disagree
It depends on the cafe. I won't go to just anywhere, because there are tons of cafes and restaurants where I do my eating. However, if the advertising makes it look yummy, and I hear good things about it, I'll give it a shot.
Question 7: Think of your favourite restaurant/café. Why do you like it?
To begin with, I'm a vegan, so my favorite eating place has to have a decent variety of food that has no meat, milk, or eggs. As such, the amount of available eating places dwindles. Most restaurants I go to are not vegan restaurants, but rather restaurants for everybody with vegan menu options. I'm fine with that and love going to them. Nonetheless, there are a few vegan restaurants in Portland, Oregon, and my favorite is a Chinese restaurant that serves completely vegan food, even fake meats that taste just like the real thing. The food is delicious, this restaurant has the biggest vegan selection of any restaurant I can find, and the place is almost always empty, so we get our food fast :)
Question 8: If you were making a new café/restaurant in your town, what aspect would concentrate on getting right the most? (Apart from the food!)
· Friendly service
Friendly service, and quick service. Nonetheless, friendly service has kept me coming back to restaurants even when they take half an hour to get me my food. However, you'll really be on my good side if you're fast.
Question 9: If you were opening a new café/restaurant in your town, where would you choose to advertise? (Circle all that apply)
· Newspaper (National or Local)
As I understand it, certain restaurants generally appeal to a certain group of people, and so the cheapest way to reach that people would theoretically be through print advertising, like newspapers and magazines.
Question 10: What price would you pay for a standard, white bread, good quality BLT sandwich?
· £2.00+

Question 5: "If a new café opened in my town, I would try it." Do you;
· Disagree
I might try it. My "town" is pretty huge, so I am sure a new restaurant or cafe opens every day... but I only try the ones close to me, and that seem appealing.
Question 7: Think of your favourite restaurant/café. Why do you like it?
Because it's convenient, cheap, and has tasty food.
Question 8: If you were making a new café/restaurant in your town, what aspect would concentrate on getting right the most? (Apart from the food!)

· Newspaper (National or Local)

. Each kind of advertising serves a different demographic, so if I had the money, I would advertise in each different way.

Convert to euros if you must. ;)
Blair's policy on Europe doesn't seem to include changing to the Euro... we're still using good old-fashioned British pounds! ;)
Thanks for all the responses so far, you've all been a great help! Keep them coming!
