Parents are now able to create play schedules for there children, this is because so many kids are sneaking to the PC after everyone has gone to bed and playing all night (LOL, I would have probably done it myself if it was around back then)
It also enables parents to use it as a form of punishment for bad behaviour. (be good or no WoW for a week)
The play schedules can be setup anyway the parents like, restricting access to the game when they think they should be doing homework or sleeping or whatever.
Bottom line, it is just a game, real life must always come first, this is only for those that get a bit carried away.
In game you are also told when you are reaching a restricted time, so you can tell your friends you are about to be logged out.
Yeah, I just read about it last night. Personally, I'm in full support of that. It will but down on lag too.
I rather like it. This means I can actually CAMP the fire elementals in Arathi O.O
Mind you, I have to wait until about 1:00ish in the morning on Cenarius... BUT I CAN! :D

Sounds like a good idea to me. I know if something like this had been built into StarCraft, my parents would have used it almost nonstop.

Wow, that's a really good idea, and something like this has been needed for a long time. When I was little and spent more time on the computer my mom used to unplug the keyboard and take it to work with her :P

All in favor of sitting near the AH of Ironforge about 8:00ish and watching half the crowd disappear?

It's a pretty good idea.
And rather smart on the part of Blizzard. With the number of instances on the rise where people harm themselves due to playing the game too long or 'getting influenced' by the game and then blaming the company, this should put the parents responsible for how much their kids play.
Plus Blizz can now market WoW on a whole new level!!
Obedience Training for Kids
Step 1: Buy Wow
Step 2: Get Child addicted (a rather easy step)
Step 3: Implement Parental Control and just watch them behave ;)

I'd join you guys, except that I don't really play my rogue any more, and they still haven't figured out how to un-nerf invisibility. =/

Wait... That's a bad thing? Less Ally on = all the 12 year olds that have no life and nothing better to do that camp the fire elementals just... POOF! Nothing! It's just... Beautiful... *Tear streams down face*
Yea... I actually camped the Fire ele's for about twenty minutes the other night. Sure, I have to take them one at a time, dropping them slowly... But I did get to kill a few! O.O
