It is just me or westfall the most tedious area in the game. Atm all my quests are in WF and I have stopped playing WoW because of it. Is there anywhere else other than westfall which is appropriate for my lvl (16)?

Really? Westfall was my favourite zone in the entire game :P. Well, to each their own eh?

Darkshore is an alternative, but it's kind of . . .well . . .boring as hell. I would recommend Loch Modan if you're not enjoying Westfall. Loch Modan is located east of Ironforge :).

Edit: Far east, that is. You have to go through a few tunnels through the mountains to get there.

I also hated Westfall... as my paladin, anyway. My warrior, Beastslayer, had a more enjoyable account, though.

When you reach level 18 or so head over to Lakeshire in Redridge. After that you can go to Darkshire which, in my opinion, is quite fun.

Lakeshire... BLAH! I just got more quests from there that are 3 or 4 levels over me... I'm also starting up over at Menethil area. That's rather fun so far, and the exp gain is quite nice at level 22. Hopefully, I'll be able to get something decent there before I head off to the next instances. Hopefully I can get BFD done within a day or two ^.^;;

Eeep, stay away from Redridge as much as you can. Most of the quests in the area are insanely difficult if you don't have a decent group. Considering most low levels are spent solo'ing, you can sink a lot of wasted time into this zone.

Darkshire, if you're efficient, can be a 1-2 day event for all of the quests and a <lot> of levels :). It's also a very nice zone and another one of my favourites ^_^!

Actually, Redridge isn't too bad. Stacey and I have been doing fine as a Omen of Clarity cat druid / Marksman Hunter with bear tank pet group. The two of us have gotten the early quests done, and I get good amounts of leather to make everything we need ^.^

The only hard one we've had trouble with thus far is trying to get to the camp of orcs to drop the leaders... But even so, we do fine with pulls and drops. Even 3 or 4 at once. The bear tank > all, and if I'm in caster? Life doesn't drop for a looong while.

1000 + Mana FTW!

Yeah, I'm lvl 15 in Westfall. Pain. The only quest I can do I need to be like lvl 17-18 for. I could prolly pull it at lvl 16, but I'm a mage, and fighting lvl 18-19 Defias bitches can get really annoying.

Wheee! I just got 26 tonight. Closing in on my highest character at 27 and a half on Boulderfist! This Druid will be pwnag3 once I get her to level 32. That's when I'll finally get both points into Increased Speed/dodge in cat form. After that? The game is afoot! ^.^;;

P.S. Darkshore = Sexah. So much goodness in skinning and looting copper off the corpses of guys NW of the town... I forget the name of 'em, but being able to loot and skin? And get *heavy* leather? Oh yea. That's in the zone!

Im seriously thinking of changing from my dwarf hunter to a horde mage/preist just so I don't have to go anywhere near westfall.

Heh, you think westfall is empty? Try the Barrens. They were given that name for a very very good reason. It takes about 5 minutes to get anywhere there, and I was sooo pissed off when they added a new flight path to the second town there, right after I left the barrens for good.

Though, oddly enough, The Barrens still holds a special spot in my heart. Whenever I happen to go there, I get this nostalgic feeling. Blizzard captured the feeling of expansiveness extremely well. You alliance guys may have your giant castles and underground strongholds, but the Barrens have this sense of potential to them. And freedom. I could pick a direction at random, and just go that way. Sometimes I wouldn't find anything until I hit the mountains, but often I would find something new and interesting.
