Aye, epic mount drops have been around for a while since Baron Rivendare's mount drop:

Anyway, those mounts do look mighty sexy ^_^. I'd love to have the tiger for my priest ^_~.

'Grats on your epic! I just helped Stacey get her first normal mount: A Black Stallion.

I can't wait to get mine... But I'm not sure what I want. I mean, I really can't wait to get my first tiger at 40, but the armored ones at 60 just look so... Ugh... I rather it not be armored >.<

I love the look of that horse. Part of the reason I played Paladin first, even though epic mounts weren't implemented at the time. But at least I do have Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros!

I've never seen anyone with the baron mount, but about a week after ZG was released I saw a warlock from a pretty much no-name guild prancing around AB with the raptor beauty. /shrug.

Baron mount is as rare as the headmasters charge (which I have, I'll post screenies if you don't believe me)

However the ZG epic mounts are a lot more common, something like a one in 500 chance. Which means that there are a LOT more on any given server then say Baron Rivendaires mount.

When I finally got my paladin epic, I pimped it up with mithril spurs, carrot on a stick, and the glove riding speed enchant for a total 219% speed, and rode from Booty Bay to Light's Hope Chapel. About a half hour ride. Woot.

Wow. So in grand total, you have a 1.2% chance of getting one of three epic mounts. I wouldn't hold my breath.

Well, I was lucky enough to score a raptor for my rogue(no word for my paladin), so... WHEEE.

To celebrate, I had all the female human and night elf players stand around my raptor, making announcements like, "Wanna see a big ride? Come to AH!" and whatnot. And I had dancers and whatnot, and one big party outside the Auction House.

hahah thats the gayest thing I've ever heard...no wait it isn't. Everytime I'm in guild chat I hear gayer stuff :(
