Weapon to cast a spell?

How can i make a weapon to cast a spell on strike like in Diablo:p
Example how can i make a weapon to cast chain lightning...

I haven't tweaked in that field and believe that it can't be done that easily, if it does anyway. But am quite sure that (inventory) items can get that accomplished. ;)

Actually, it's really simple; I've attached a map, first play it (make sure to try out your paladin) than view the map's triggers.

* If you want the chance for the special attack to be different, modify condition3 - for example, for a 17% chance do: (Random integer number between 1 and 100) Less than or equal to 17. Make sure to also edit the ability's tooltip to show the correct information.

** The wait time is there so that the effect will accure when the paladin actually its target, and not when it only starts swinging the hammer. This will probably require a different wait for other units, you'll have to test.
