Yes.

Open INSTALL.EXE with WinMPQ and extract the cinematic .SMK files. They're large and can take a long tme to download. Then convert it to an .AVI file using Smacker Tools (http://www.radgametools.com/smkdown.htm) (The bottom link called "Old Smacker Tools."

If you get really lost, I'll do it and send it to you via YouSendit.org, if it's not too large.

Yup, that's what the FAQ (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=7391)'s for. :P
Although it's my belief that you'll need some extra tools in order to interpret it correctly (as in, see it and possibly edit it). ;)
