Ah... this may sound plaugerous (if that's a word) but try downloading some replays and watching the SCV build. Notice when they do stuff and why. This is a good way to learn basics and then you can try new things out on your own. Just some advise.

For now, I'd say download the Blizzcon replays and watch what they do. (This is assuming you need help in melee, non-UMS games.) One person I would really focus on is Nada, a Korean professional Starcraft player. His Terran play is quite formidable (though, unfortunately, not formidable enough to get knocked out of the competition in later rounds... =/ ).
Not saying that you should mimic him completely (everyone achieves their own rhythm and their own ideal style of play), but he's certainly doing something right to be able to get to the semifinal/final rounds and be a worthy match in the Starcraft pro-gamer circuits. Watch what he does, and learn what you can from it, and then apply it in practice and make sure you get complete mastery over it (even if it has to be against the computer AI, if that's the only opponent available to you). Also, look for replays by other prominent professional Starcraft players that play Terran as their main race, such as Boxer.
However, watching replays and mimicking what you've seen can only get you so far. Unfortunately, I don't think I would truly provide the practice you're desiring.

While my Terran itself is terrible, I'm open if you want to play some TvP or TvZ.

Ah, Terran Strats?
Well I can give you some pointers that I see commonly used on B.Net
1. Build Supply depots outside of entrance so they completly block the entrance, place bunkers behind 'em, It works wonders if your opponent is attacking you with melee units (Quite effective if you're playing on a fastest map)
2. Make sure to upgrade to the max, whether facing week opponent or formidable, you can never be too caustious
3. Get a vespene geyser going ASAP, Medics and firebats are crucial in the early stages of the game
4. (I find this effective only sometimes) Right away off the bat, send one of your SCVs to find the enemy, when you find the enemy base, get close to the opposing force's peons. Usually if you're facing computer AI, the AI will send all of their peons after yours, this slows down the enemy's resource income. Downside is, you must keep your lone SCV moving until you have enough fighting units and the comp, ignorant enough to send it's peons after your lone one, only has like one other building.
5. Cheese tactics, build some bunkers outside your enemy's base, make sure to also have a missle turret or 2 for detecting.
Well this is what I see frequently, sometimes they're effective for me, cheap and cheesy, but effective

Sadly, the only thing I would recommend is #2. Everything else just doesn't work in optimal situations.

Well yeah, number two is the only thing that would work for all situations, not all maps give the player only one entrance

And all maps aren't money, and all opponents aren't total idiots. :/

Sadly, the only thing I would recommend is #2. Everything else just doesn't work in optimal situations.
Actually all of them are good, but need some alterations to make them actually USEFUL in game.
1. Most maps has a choke near your start location that can be blocked with 2 supply depots and 1 barraks. Do it against protoss to stop dragoon rush pwning you until you got tanks.
2. Upgrade the CORRECT ones. Against lurkers you might want +1 armor to take an extra hit from them but against mutalisks you will want +1 attack to eliminate them before they can harass you.
3. Get a vespene gas at the correct moment. Time it so that you have exactly enough (100 gas) when your barraks is done to make a factory right away.(that is, if you decided to go mech, of couse!)
4. Not right off the bat, but after completing your first supply depot, send that SCV to scout. When it reaches enemy base, apart from scouting, you can have them harvest 8 minerals from THEIR mineral line(no need to return it, just to annoy them)
Attack their workers. If they are human they will either: tell the attacked unit to work in anothe mineral patch, which wastes precious mining time(in the beginning it MATTERS), or have the worker strike back. Because terran SCV is stronger, they will need 2 workers to fight your SCV. This will waste more precious mining time for them. Further more, move the SCV away so it can survive. If the enemy decides to give chase, let them waste that 2 worker. If they dont, attack them again...
Also block their building spot. Say if you're against a zerg and you see two drones heading out of their mineral lines. Follow it. Closely. Whenever it pauses to build a spawning pool, sit right beside it so the zerg player will get an annoying "cannot build there" message on their screen, delaying their lings. Same goes to hatchery and creep colony. If you have spare money, build an unfinished refinery at THEIR gas so they can't get gas for lair/hydra/muta/anything gassy. They will either have to wait for lings to attack it(which you delayed), which delays their high tech unit even more; or have workers kill it, which delays TONS of mining time and basically delays everything. Cancel the refinery when it's almost dead for refund.(that's why you build an un-finished refinery)
5. Cheese tactics, against zerg bring a whole load of SCV(I usually bring 7, but you might need more) and force a bunker INSIDE the zerg base RIGHT NEXT TO their hatchery(creep). Rally your barraks to the bunker and once the marine enters the bunker successfully, you win.
Damn I'm so talkative.

Yeah, I agree, not all maps are money maps and not all opponents are slow
What close said above, expands more onto more detail of what I said and quite possibly corrects some, but like use whatever you feel is necessary
And yeah, watch some replays too, the styles of playing from each individual you see, you can incorperate them into your own style
