how can i edit a map?

the map editor is so confusing it maight as well be in spanish for all i care...all i do is play warcraft frozen throne wintermaul wars, and i am tired of all the nnormal races there is. all i want to do is add another race, and i cannot figure it out. some1 please email me at hondaslayer13@yahoo.com if you have the answer to this question. i would very much appreciate it. thank you, dong.

You say you're new to WE? And you want to add a new race already. You can do it in few months if you're willing to learn. You have to learn Unit Editor and Triggering for one. Get busy! Thats all I can say. And good luck. And don't be scared away! If you encounter problems, just ask here.
Firts things 1st. Read the Readme file for WE. It will help you to find your way in it.

Just play around, worked for me. By the way i learnt to create a new race in bout 2-3 days.
