He's shedding his 4th pair of legs for the 5th and finally pair, the new pair will then allow him to do a specific mating dance with the Symbiote Female while special glands open up, letting out a strong musk, attracting the female's attention. Then, while the male does the Mating dance, the female with inspect the male and if she approves, at the end she with gentaly rub the male with her gonad and then present, which leads to the actual mating.

However, if the female does not approve, the male will be mauled by the female's gonad and then the male will be rapped by the female who will then attract the attention of other symbiotes who will then take turns rapping and humiliating the male.

There is a lot of pressure on Male Symbiotes.
