What exactly is Fenguin?
It's the personal website of master Feng. Basically, he's one of the smartest students at our high school, and he releases a couple study guides yeach semester for the semester exams. He decided to create an online community, to interact with some students he might not otherwise interact with. And blah blah blah blah. The forum is built on phpBB. He handles the graphics and I handle the code.
