Has anyone considered Nova + Kerrigan to be twins or related?

I think Nova and Kerrigan look very similiar a little too similiar if you ask me. I think they're related somehow, maybe twins or cousins, or something right? Guess we all have to wait another, when does Ghost supposdly come out?

not twins.......Blizzard says that Nova is not Kerrigan's twin right here:
"In this boiling cauldron of strife and subversion, the young Ghost known as Nova has come of age."

Which means Nova is around 18

and Kerrigan is now around 30

And even if they were related, known of them would know because they both were taken away to be trained as ghost by the confederancy and dominion
