Only yes or no questions please.(SEA:South East Asia)

A king and queen went into a hotel and was thrown out. They later went to a clinic and was thrown out too. They were later thrown out of a city hall.In the end, some poor locals found them and tore them apart and ate them.(NOT CANNIBALISM!)

Who are they and why are they thrown out?

Hint:Like I said, not cannibalism. It means that the king and queen might not be humans.XD

They were aliens from another world that looked like good food for poor people?

Hint:They were thrown out...

Like trash or a dog. But trash can't be a king and queen, neither can a dog. Hmm... this is interesting indeed.

Thrown out, or thrown up? -- And skip... Yeah it can be, well food anyway. Look at my first post in this thread.

lol @ hammock.

Yeah.It is a food. But what food? The king and queen are a different food.

This might be simple for people working in city halls or hotels in Indonesia or Malaysia.

They were thrown out of the place.

Another Hint:
Asians:I love the king...I love the queen too...
Westerners:I hate the king...I guess the queen's ok...

You talking about Durian and Mangosteens?

Aquarian
09-12-2005, 2:53 AM
Ah!TheXenon got the answer of the queen! It's the mangosteen, the queen of fruits and the durian! The king of fruits.

They're not allowed in hotels and halls and public places.

Maybe you didn't read it right.... Durian... the KING of Fruits

The reason they're not allowed in, is because they stink too much! Haha! A good ripe Durian smells like sweaty socks! hehe.

PS: What did I win for being so knowledgeable about SEA?

JackFruit and Durians are different...

I can never understand westerners...The durian smells like heaven...

The mangosteen is not allowed because it is too sticky and make the place stick...

That's why I edited out Jackfruit within 10 seconds of posting...

Also: Durian is an acquired taste and smell. If "easterners" didn't think Durian stank too, they would allow it in Hotels, City Hall etc.

It's because then you westerners will then complain and the hotels been westernized too much.

How I mised staying in a long house instead of a hotel.

Don't say "you westerners" like you know me... I believe in living like the natives do when I'm in someone else's country. I think you meant to say "those ignorant Americans". By the way, I love Durian, and I still think it smells somewhat reminiscent of sweaty gym socks.

Also, regarding "sticky" mangosteen... I think it depends on how you open it... I had mangosteen last month, which is a treat for me because it's hard to find it here in Toronto, Canada.

Heh.Too bad my Durian tree was struck by lightning when I was like,5 years old.I loooooove the smell of durian in the morning.I didn't have a mangosteen tree though.

You have something against our culture? I'll let you in on a secret: America is closer east to Southeast Asia than it is west, so HA!
