My usage fluctuates.

[ˈæn.tɪ] /an-tee/, generally, and if I want to say the word quickly.
[æn.ˈtaɪ] /an-tie/, when I want to emphasize the 'anti' part.

I don't pronounce an 'E' anywhere..I say it Ant-I. Usually.

Depends on how I'm using it, I change it all the time, but predominantly I pronounce it "en-tee".

When saying something like anti-virus, I say "An-tie" but when saying antivenom, I say "an-tee"

Ditto, I was searching for an example, but I couldn't think of one. But there you go.

Er...I think TinyD meant the en-tee.

Not necessarily. Here in Australia, we pronounce it "an-tee". Sometimes I use "an-tie" though.

Why would you pronounce it as though it had an 'e' at the start?

An-tie all the way!

I may use the word anti in either "an tee" or "an tie" form, but it is determined on the word it is a prefix for.

Geno

I use it interchangably.

Anti Venom is AN tee

Anti Christ is AN tie.

Just one of those things that depends on the time and where I use it, I guess >.>

Do you go around talking about the AntiChrist a lot then? I mean, it/he/she is a fictional character in the greatest con of all time after all...

It's like 'a' and 'an'. That, or it should be.

a cow. an air (guitar).
anti-cow. anti-air.
an-TEE-cow. an-TAI-air.

When saying something like anti-virus, I say "An-tie" but when saying antivenom, I say "an-tee"

I do that too, when it sounds appropriate. In most other cases though, I say "Ant-I," or for those who don't pronounce the word "I" like I do ( :P ) "An-tie."

I use both... pending on the word.

I use both. it depends on the word. So due to my both, I voted third option.

It is "AN-tie," there is no "en" pronunciation in it.

Actually, to most foreigners, the way you lot pronounce "æ" sounds pretty much like "e". Guess that's why he set it up that way.

Anyway, I use them depending on the word and the language. You won't catch me saying "an-tie" in Spanish :P

Guess you have a point, Zelt. I usually pronounce 'anti' with en-tee. Hell, the French pronounce their 'i's with an 'e' sound. Doesn't matter, you will hear both pronounciations (can't spell this!) in the English language. D'accord? Bien.
