Mod help

I recently downloaded the Sickel mod, but it isn't working properly. I installed the first set of files into the StarCraft folder on my computer, but when i run sic.exe I get the message "Your version of StarCraft is NOT Supported". Does anyone have some experience with this mod or an idea of what the problem is?:confused:

It was created with StarGraft for the button changes. Bottom of the middle link tells you to get 1.07 to run properly.

Yes, you need to downgrade your version of SC. The makers of such mod programs don't append to the programming anymore.

If you have the space (these days, you likely do), you could try to install a 1.07 copy of SC on your hard drive, simply by installing, patching to 1.07, changing the directory name (like "Starcraft 107") and putting your modding things in there. Then you reinstall Starcraft again, and patch up to 1.13b. You have to run the 1.07 starcraft manually if you really want to run it, but 1.13d remains the default one.

I haven't tried this before, but I assume it should work.

I did, but neglected to do so all summer (time spent at the beach, and doing other stuff, slipped my mind with all the summer fun). I mostly visited while not logged in during this time. I decided that I should give my input once again into this great forum so here I am ;)
