this thing you are about to vote is like an election that should be made by AJ.
he will have to chose the period when the alection will be made, he will chose the candidates the ones that he and the org staff (there never is a certain decission and i think the members of this comunity will like to have an oppinion about the guy or girl that will rul a subforum as a mod) will wish to become mods.

it will be a pool and everyone will have to say its oppinion and vote for his favourite candidate.

if this is a stupid ideea, erase it or close it!

but firs lets see the members oppinion!

I think it's fine how it is. The admins choose a mod based on who they think would be the best decision, not on who the members think.

Mods do not always know who is the best to become a sub-forum moderator. Usually they do, but it's a good idea that members can vote. The mods can still just refuse it, but it might be actually working. I say we should give it a try.
