HELP!-Creating Custom Buttons In Starcraft

I've finally moved back to the world of Starcraft modding but I have one quick question. Is there a way to create custom buttons in Starcraft 1.13c?

I'm sorry, but nope. You have to use memgraft, and with blizz's rapid patching, the guys haven't managed to release a 1.13c version yet.

13.D better be released soon, this is terrible, not being able to build Infested Terrans (I never did though, but on some UMS maps you can build them.)

MemGraft is what is needed to make it, like stated ealier.
