My replays have gone mad!! Some of my replays, the players e.g Nal_ra, keeps on building probes but not using them and just keep mining like theres nobody. When i checked the bwchart animation , it shows the players expanding, mining, building, like normal.

WTF is wrong?

Periodically starcraft is updated with a new patch when you connect to battle.net. Replays of games that were played under a different version of starcraft than the current one will not play back correctly. The only way to view them is to temporarily replace your sc.exe with an older one from a previous version, and watch them offline.

Dennis_12, wich SC version do ya have? (You can check this on the righ below corner of the 1st screen SC-BW shows after loading. ;))
And if it was out of date, just update it. Now there's the 1.13c version around. :mad:

You can google something called Brood War Loader or something (I forget what it's called, I'd have to check), but it allows you to run StarCraft in different patch modes; 109, 110, 111, 111b, 112, 112b, 113, and it's likely they'll make 113b and 113c. I'll try to find it for you, it's very useful.

USE THIS!!! Its an old Mod program. If you dont play mods, you can still use its SC VERSION CHANGER feature. Make sure you put in in english in the options. <:>If you gonna get it with mods, it be a longer download.

Thanks for noticin' (and caring :angel: ). Unfortunatly it was a serious mix of hollidays, work issues still to be solved along with a genetic health problem (now I understand better how my mom' feels sometimes.). :P

It's called SC Patcher if am correct and it's illegal 'cause it doesn't solely change the SC-BW versions. It also helds other features that bring it to the 'dark side' (read, illegal)... *Cough*cheating*Cough* crap. :concern:

That old loader of inborn mods from that site still works? Haven't seen it in a long time... but a good idea, though. ;)

The one I was speaking of is in a russian site and does extremely similar to what you've just described, plus a few others (the version I knew about did) that aren't legal (i.e., allowed some sort of game hacking :P).
