should blizzard make a rule that stops such disgusting games like F*ck the cow from being created?

I think there's a rule in place that says something along the lines of Blizzard being able to do whatever they want if they judge something to be offensive. If you report such a map to Blizzard, they may take action in trying to prevent the map from being displayed publicly on b.net.

Free speech?
If you go on the internet on a regular basis and are still shocked to see the f word, you are a very scary person.

Battle.net isn't public. It's a private service and Blizzard can do whatever they want. Considering Warcraft3 is rated Teen by the ESRB, they'll definitely try to remove things they find inappropriate fro 13 year olds.

Assuming they care. . . certainly, they have the power. . . but somehow, I doubt they;re going to start cracking down on cursing now, when it's been going on on Bnet for God only knows how many years.

Well, if it's just the F word that's the problem, then the real problem is the person complaining about it. But if the whole map has a crass fell to it, then there needs to be at least a rating system before the map to warn people of what they are about to see. If it exceeds the M rating, then they need to keep such things off the site to maintain not only appearance, but visitors as well. If the site gets filled with crude maps, then many people will simply stop going. I know than many people have complained about 1st person shooter sites due to the other players behavior and words. I think Blizzard would want to keep all audiences possible open to their sites.

You are right about bnet being a private enterprise, but you will note the disclaimer found on the box: "Rated T for Teen. Gaming experience may change during online play." ;)

But that disclaimer's purpose is to defend Blizzard from anything a player might say, not a posted map. If you want to swear online, then no one can stop you. Also, all info put on their sites belongs to them, even if someone else sbumits it. They own it.
If you ask me, I think that saying the f-bomb once isn't all that bad. You can get away with it in a PG-13 movie, so why not a website? If it keeps reocurring, then they need to fix it.
