How can you give replays a link, so other players on the internet can view them? Is there some website?

u can upload ur replays on WarBoards and i think if u can host games on Bnet, u can host the replay as a game ( i think it works)

Yes, you can upload the replays here. Yes, hosting games on Bnet is possible, but you can't host replays at all on Bnet like you can with Starcraft.
