So, a couple weekends ago, right after semester exams, I decided to sit down with a keyboard and arrange some vocal music for our upcoming Vocal Valentines at school. For those who don't have a clue what that it, it's two groups of students going around the school with singing telegrams in Valentine form. Beats the hell out of a day of classes. :D Anyways, I thought we needed an uptempo piece, so I decided to arrange "Happy Together". You know how it goes... "Me and you, and you and me, no matter how they toss the dice it had to be..." etc. Look it up. Anyways, sadly, I donubt that we're doing it this year, so I want to clean it up a bit for next year. I imagine there might be a few weird parts considering I wrote it in 3 days. So if anyone would care to listen to a ghetto MIDI version of it and give me a critique, I would be very appreciative.

Download the MIDI, it's only 6 KB. http://downloads.oboeguru.net/happytogether.mid

That sounds pretty cool. The beginning reminds me of one of those songs in an NES rpg.

That's the beauty of MIDI, it makes everything sound like an NES soundtrack. :p

Hehehehehe. Maybe I will... if the inspirations strikes. I'm planning to write a small Wind Symphonic suite over the summer, so maybe I'll get some random inspiration then. :D
