how would u make an roar-like ability that decreased nearby enemy unit's health by X% and increases nearby friendly unit's helth by X%?
well i got the first part down as to decreasing but the increasing part i cant get
also with the first part would it be:
Unit - Set life of ( Picked Unit) to 15.00% or
Unit - Set life of (Picked Unit) to 85.00% ?
any help would be appreciated
I don't think that this is entirely balanced... "Thorns Aura" is this sort of thing, but being able to do that instantly, and how many times, would really imbalance the game.
But in answering the question, I do have little idea on how to use the World Editor and even smaller idea on how to use the triggers... sorry.
This needs moderate triggering
Events:
-A unit owned by Player 1 casts an ability...
Conditions:
-Unit-type of Unit casting ability is equal to THECASTER (Or Whatever the casting unit is)
Actions:
-Pick every unit in (All unit in 800(or the AoE of spell) ) and do actions
- If
- And
- Owner of picked unit is equal to owner of THECASTER
- Owner of picked unit is an ally of owner of THECASTER equal to true.
- Then
- Unit Set Max Life... Add X percentage
- Else
- Unit Set Max life... Remove X percent...
