I can't find this map!

I keep seeing the games "..." or just blank spaced titles, with the map similar to
uTV3.7d.w3x

It's obviously a good map, if everyone is playing it, and i'm hoping someone here can either give me a link to download it, or just take 30 seconds out of their day, and let me download it from them on B.Net (west server)
