shopathomeselect (one word)

My aunty uses this website called shopathomeselect.com which supposedly gives her rebates on everything she buys on other websites but she told me it recently stopped working (she cant get to the websites through shopathomeselect.com).

A quick google of shopathomeselect suggests that the program it has you install is actually spyware. I've tried everything to get it to work again on her computer with no luck. I tried accessing the website through her account on my computer (without installing the software) but it didn't work either.

1) Is shopathomeselect good? Or should I vaporized it and have her stop using it?

2) If it is good, what might be wrong?

it's just spyware. it's not going to kill you. but if she's not really getting any discounts than it's not worth it. ask her if they email her discounts, beacuse i signed up and all it did was redirect me to the retailer's site. but if she's getting a discount then it's not so bad if she doesn't mind

ok, assuming she is getting a discount, it's not working and I need help getting it working again.
