My exams ended yesterday so i went to palika bazaar....a place where you can get cds thru...umm....unconventional means....

I got Halo, hitman 2, War of the Ring, and 3d studio max

This bites, cause uptil now only Halo works...There was no CD key with war of the rings and i didnt notice at that time and i lent hitman to a friend who says it didnt work.

AND I CANNA FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSTALL 3Dsmax!!!

sorry, but are you serious? I have no problem buying movies because they cost around $15-20, which is OK (I don't buy that many though ;) I rent mostly or watch at my friends' houses... much cheaper :). But programs like 3dsmax, fireworks, photoshop are EXPENSIVE. They are prohibitively expensive for students/hobbyists. Thats why people like us don't buy them... And let me tell you, its not a couple more dollars. 3dsmax is approx $3000-4000. Photoshop is approx $600. I don't have that kind of money. I don't think any hobbyist does...

edit: saw dunchy's post and pic. you have too much ;) Enjoy though. Wish I could buy that much stuff....I have no chance to get anything now. Just got a new cellphone (which is pretty awesome).

about the war of the ring game- it's good, but don't go buy it for $50. I got it for ten on ebay, and it works perfectly.
