Here is the problem: I have the 1.07v and when i tried to put the 1.18 patch it said that i already have that version. Here is where i got the patch:
Game spot.com . Warcaft III:The Frozen Throne .
I don't have the original version of Warcraft. So what shuld i do?
uhm dont take this the wrong way, but what the hell do you mean you "dont have the original version fo Warcraft" ?
If you dont have the original warcraft you dont have TFT >_>
Anyways go here:

and download an older patch for which version of the game you have (RoC or TFT) try to download and apply the 1.12 patch or something first...
I dont know.
Why cant you just connect to battle.net and let warcraft update itself that way?

Is it possible that you already connected to battle.net (online play) and automatically downloaded the patch then when you tried to install it it gave you the message that you already had it because you do?

"...the game is cracked" you say. Blizzard hates people who illegally play their games and therefore they check CD Keys whether they are cracked. Face it; Blizzard knows you own a cracked version of the game. You might not be able to ever play this version in single player, let be you'll ever be able to go online to Battle.net with it.

If you patched your cracked game then it is no longer cracked.

Blizzard does not know he has a cracked version. The only way they would know is if he told them himself, as Battle.net does not let you connect if you have a corrupted .exe. Since he updated his game, the .exe was updated and it no longer is cracked, like Toucan said.
And btw, you shouldn't be illegally downloading files.
