Hey Guys so i got this Quicktime Movie and it is 13 Mb big and i need it get be less than 10 Mb so i can put it on www.blogupload.com, because my account can only host up to 10 Mb of space. What i want to know is what program can i use to cut some frames out of the movie so shrink it down to 10 Mb.

Windows Movie Maker can do that for you. Just save it using a slightly lower quality setting.
