The RP is going to be very large, therefore it gets it's own forum. Similar to the way PvR had its own forum.

Well, in any case, I have a few questions:
-When are we going to be seeing our first sign of civilization?
-How is PC going to enter into the story?
-How is Brian Goodwill's trechery going to result?
-When, if ever, will our charicters discover magic?
-When will our charicters discover why they were brought here and how?
-When will our charicters discover the fued between the two races?
-Will our charicters be able to choose their alligience?
-Are there any other factions invovled?
-Are our charicters going to be heros summoned by the lesser people to save them, and bring about an uprising to destroy their oppressors in a predictible route?
-Are our charicters going to instead side with the oppressors for an evil twist?
-Will our charicters end up blowing the planet all to hell before escaping back to their own world to reflect on their screw-up?
-Will we get to ride around on creatures like chocobos, or winged mini-dragons?
-What kind of mythical ceatures does this new world have that earth does not?

I just wonder how much longer Cya is going to be thinking they're all in Purgitory, and Goodwill thinks it's a dream he's supposed to control. T'will be interestng. ;)

Here are "a few" answers.
-When are we going to be seeing our first sign of civilization?
Very shortly. Within the week, or if the same amount of activity continues, by the end of the weekend.
-How is PC going to enter into the story?
Since no civilization has been introduced yet, we'll asume she was with the group. After we introduce civilization, no more people from the old world.
-How is Brian Goodwill's trechery going to result?
That's a side plot. I can't reveal this information at the moment. Sorry.
-When, if ever, will our charicters discover magic?
After we find civilization and settle down. Very soon; magic is an integral part of this world.
-When will our charicters discover why they were brought here and how?
Their mission is to get back home. No one knows yet, nor will no the exact reason until the end. More information will be revealed. Remember, I haven't revealed the entire plot yet.
-When will our charicters discover the fued between the two races?
There is no longer a feud, btw. The Vorians have taken charge. Period. Over the millenia, it's evolved into a lifestyle. The others do not question it. More info when we go to civilization.
-Will our charicters be able to choose their alligience?
No. Everyone will be in this group. No exceptions.
-Are there any other factions invovled?

Heroes? I wouldn't go that far. Every day people who are lost in a world and get caught up in something that doesn't affect them... yeah, that's more accurate.

Like the way shitty names get chosen over good ones. Just because some guy named what he thought was a part of a fish or something fifty years earlier the actual thing gets stuck with a name like...say, Apatosaurus (Brontosaurus was a far better name dont you agree?)

About the birds, no; let's just say your characters saw wrong. There will be new birds, but most of them are tropical. Think Toucans, Parrots, etc.

No crazy animals at the moment is all I'm saying. This includes leathery birds.
On the topic of birds: Even if you caught a bird (PH) your character doesn't know how to take care of or train a bird. I had a hunch that there would be trainable birds which is why I made that one of my guys hobbies. ;) But anywho, I think this is coming along really well, I don't think that this level of activity will last forever, but I can see it lasting a bit longer. I hope the activity will not stop[ entirely, just slow down a bit. On with the story!

-Lt.Hawk What makes you say that? For all you know, he could have a house full of trained birds. He may not be an expert at animal training, but he can do it, somewhat. Most anybody with access to books and such can train animals. And, if he has any trouble, he can ask your char for help. And if asking doesn't work, there is always, threats. j/k.

They eat freshwater and saltwater fish. So yeah, you could find Bald eagles on beaches and such if they were not endangered.

So if it is the next day in the RP when I post tomorrow, then I'll say he was awake all night, skipping rocks and relieving anger and stress. And before you say that was Sirion's character skipping rocks, read my last post and realize that my character was skipping rocks as well (not that I'm sure wtf is going on, but w/e)

I think that my disfunctional daze was cause by sleep deprivation, as you can probably see, I'm back to proper mental health. Or at least as proper my mental health ever is.
So I'm back to posting more often and I'm sorry ArcaniRanger (sp) for missing your Tag, I swear I didn't see it! :S But hopefully with this calming down The Begining: Deadlock will get off it's ass :D

I prolly won't post much until we find civilization. I like freedom in my posts, and walking around in the middle of no where with a large group of people doesn't leave much freedom. OOC-My Characters a Forest Ranger...I thought it would be only normal for a ranger to go help explore since rangers of forests are usually good for those types of jobs...I don't know...just thinking.

WK, my character is a marine. He's trained to do this stuff. Besides, you're exagerrating. We have 20-21 people. 6, so far, have volunteered. And delete my earlier post, I'm not gonna edit it.

Well, I too think there are too many ppl all up in the scouting party :P It should be narrowed down to what ya'llz have said, and then one more. Here's my response to be in the scouting party or not. I'll just post what I said in the RP:
"Look, if you need someone who can manage ppl and keep them calm just in case something strange happens while ya'llz are away--I'm your girl. If you need someone who can sneak about and make her presence unknown and even defend herself or others--I'm your girl. Either way, I can stay, or I can go. I don't care."

Yo BI, when are you going to reveal the next happeneing. Are we all going, or is the scout group going to find something and report back?
Update from PC: She's gotten into a spite of trouble, and I'm not sure of her activity through this RP for a time. Knowing her, and how she might go inactive, the following people on our list can and should use her character to the best of her knowledge:
1. Black.Ice
2. EnderWiggin
3. Whiteknight
Beyond those three, try not to do any huge movements with her character. If you're not sure, don't do. Let them take control, and do whatever.
She should update you when she's back. Just wanted to let y'all know. ;)

I think I'm still available for a group, if anyone wants me. Also, I'm horrendous at doing downtime RP posts, due to my straight-to-the-point style...
I don't know if it's the attempt to overthrow Tony or the fact that he still thinks it's a dream, but something about WKs char makes me really want to haul off and flatten him. o_O
If that's what you meant for, which I'm guessing you did, then it's a good char. If not then maybe he just conflicts with my personality too much.

That's what I'm saying, he's an amazingly well set up character. And his personality, he want's to belive it's a dream so he does, because he thinks it's his dream he wants to be in charge. I think the char wants what's best for the group, he just doesn't care about Tony. Stomp out one to protect the rest.
But I still have an uncontrolable urge to hurt him… a lot. :P

PC, Hawk, I couldn't agree with you any more. At times I admire how well setup his character is, how many possibilities it opens. I find my character being swayed to his cause, thinking more and more that Tony is incompetent.
And the rest of the time it's kinda like: WhiteKnight...Character...Stabby Stabby...

I'd think you should continue the story, and move it along, seeing as how Black.Ice has disappeared without reason. The reason I'd like to say this out loud is that everyone should listen to him. Ender knows what's going on, and will post intelligently.
Hope it's not too hard on you with your new RP coming out as well. If you need help, bro, I'll throw you the names of others that can help you out.

P.S. Any disputes with this? Take it up with Ender, myself, Black.Ice at a later date, and some of the more experienced roleplayers. When noone's around, you must shift command to keep it going.

Arn't you over-reacting? BI has only been gone a few days. I'd say it might be a good idea to wait a few more days before moving on.
If you guys are so incredibly eager to move on with Ender that you can't wait, then come on IRC Ender. I can fill you in on what I know BI planned for the RP.

Black Ice has not visted the forum for 3 - 4 days including this day. (http://www.warboards.org/member.php?u=1885). I call that overreacting. Black Ice has this planned out far into the future. We havn't even started yet, not really. I'd really not appreciate it if, after only 4 days, someone came into my RP and screwed it all up. I vote we wait several more days at least.

Uhh, how about no. Black.Ice has been gone for a few days, not a few weeks. He will return and continue this when whatever personal issues he has are resolved. Knowing BI, he has the majority of this plot already crafted, and he has events that will occur periodically (one must be coming up due to the sign). Bringing in a guest GM will only screw with his plans unnecessarily.
Geno, wasn't your latest article for the Dot Org about the havok Muniaya has wreaked on the forum? Take this as a blessing to continue your other RPs.

I vote we wait for B.I, as previously mentioned he likes to plan out his RPs so I won't go into detail about it. I'm not saying that Ender is not good enough to run the RP but only B.I knows it's true inner works, and if their was anyone else who could have possibly taken over it would have been Orodreth who frequently talked with B.I over IRC about the RP. Unfourtunately as we all know Orodreth has retired, so I'd say are best choice would be to wait.
And on a lighter note I need a group, I haven't posted in a while though but I plan to later on.

First off, I apologize for not coming to Warboards. I had personal reasons to why I left for the brief span.
As of this post, I have not read any of the posts in the other RP thread, but I assure you that I will be continuing this. This RP was growing quickly, and it needed time to settle down a bit.
On a side note, I was gone for 4 days. Not a week nor a month. If I am not going to continue this RP in the future, I will surely tell the GM's of how I want this to continue. If I leave again without telling anybody, please wait for me to come back before continuing the RP.

Man, this happens to be a bad week for me. I've got very limited internet access for the next few days.

Well, now that we're on our way, and we'll have magic soon (I hope) I think we should share our Ideas about the types of magic we'd like our characters to have. I myself think that your type of magic or "Muniayan" will depend on your character's personallity/strengths/weaknesses. For my character I've thought of a few "Magic types" for him. Since he's a cook he might have a type of fire magic, or because he trains his birdsback ome he might have a kind of Druidic magic. Or maybe because he's a Star Wars Fan he'll get The Force! Or at least magic like that. I brought this up because no-one was posting here and it seems like a good topic to discuss.

Although some ability enhancment magic would go great with my rogue class.
If you're trying to desegnate characters in this RP classes, then I'd be a Alchemist. After all, Cooking is just mixing ingriediants and heating, add a little time and voila! But I can't wait until our characters actually start learning instead of just being hit by the Mazia's twig ;)

Effectively, Use your imagination and post a little "story" of what your character is doing at that point in time.
No graphics, no dice, no pieces, lots of fun.

Well it's summer. Alot of people don't have as much time on their hands. It's not really the best season to expect flows of posts like we were having a few weeks ago. Besides, this slowness isn't too bad after having to catch up so much before. I like the break.

Thanks for still showing interest. I've been extremely busy with personal projects, etc., and have been working on a new style of GM'ing this.
That's why it's a slow right now, but in due time, it should pick up and be more interesting than ever.
I have never (Intentionally) abandoned an RP yet and I dont intend to start now :P
I say intentionally because Resurgence Of The Titans I kinda forgot what day it was and didnt realize I hadnt posted in a while.......

No, of course not. I've had some ... "events" ... come up recently that have restricted my time as well as other things.
The reason for the delay is that I've been thinking a lot about this thing, and I have come up with a completely new way to run this. Something that'll allow less of me, and more of you all, so to speak.
But yeah, I'll get on this. Sorry guys. :(
